Does the entrance fee include all the activities?

No. The entrance fee gives access to the surf lounge, family swimming pool, kids splash pool, Surf Café, Tiki Hut, Rafters Grill and the changing facilities. Activities are then purchased separately, either at the main entrance or at the booking offices located within the park.

Do you offer any student discount?

We do not have a standard student discount but may provide promotional offers specific to students from time to time.  Please contact Guest Services for current promotions.

What is cashless spending?

We operate an RFID bracelet system. You will have the option to place money on your bracelet to be used in any of our food and beverage outlets, merchandise shop, and attraction activities. Split payments or multiple payment options are available.

How long can we stay inside the park?

If you have purchased an All Day Admission then you can stay in the park from open till close. If you have purchased a Sunset Admission then you can stay in the park from 7pm-11pm.

Where can I purchase a pass?

Tickets and passes are available on entry, on our website and at major travel agents within the UAE.

Can I purchase a pass in advance?

Yes, advanced purchase can be made in person, by phone or online.

What if I lose my pass?

Don't worry, if you lose your advanced booked pass, bring confirmation of purchase and we will issue you with a duplicate. 

What are the payment terms?

Cash, credit and debit cards are all acceptable forms of payment.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Refunds are available but there is a 20% cancellation charge. No refunds will be available if cancellations are made on the day of the activity.

Do you offer group/family rates?

Group rates are available. Please contact our Event and Sales Team.

Does my activity fee include equipment?

Yes, activity equipment and safety equipment is included in the activity fee.

How far in advance can I buy a pass?

You can purchase a pass six months in advance.

Are there any extra charges if I want to change the date of my booking?

No, bookings can be changed free of charge, but depends on availability.

Can I pay by foreign currency or credit card?

Yes, all major international credits are accepted, excluding American Express. International currencies that are accepted include Saudi Riyals, Qatar Riyals, Omani Riyals, Kuwaiti Dinars and Bahraini Dinars.

Can I bring food from outside of the park, inside?

No, for the health and safety of all our visitors this is not permitted. We have food and beverage outlets in the park offering a variety of snacks, meals, and beverages.

Why is there a height restriction on some of the activities?

Participation is based on a minimum of 1.2m for the safety of our guests and team members.

Are there any annual or season tickets available for Wadi Adventure?

Not at the present time, but please check our website for any updates.

What is the cost of the tickets?

Entrance tickets for adults is AED100, children below 1.2m is AED50.

Do you have a same day admission policy?

In the event that you need to leave the park and wish to re-enter, a supervisor or guest service team member will issue you a same day re-entry bracelet. Conditions may apply.

What is your child admission policy?

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent, adult or legal guardian. A child/adult ratio exists of 3:1, which means an adult can supervise or enter the park with up to a maximum of 3 children.

Do you have baby strollers?

Yes, a limited number of baby strollers are available on a first come first served basis.
