LOST & FOUND: From time to time, we all leave personal items behind. If we see any item lying around that obviously doesn't belong to a guest nearby, we will make sure the item is safely stored until it is claimed. All items are stored for a period of 3 months from being handed in. After 3 months, we will destroy the item. Please be advised that you will need to show proof that the item belongs to you. Wadi Adventure can not be held responsible for any item that is lost or left behind on the premises.

FIRST AID: Wadi Adventure prides itself on a responsible and professional approach to safety. Our white water and surf team members are trained for any situation. First Aid rooms are located near Guest Services and Rafters Grill. Any minor cuts and injuries can be handled on the premises. For any serious or life threatening injuries, an ambulance will be called and the individual will be referred to the local hospital.

RENTALS: Lockers are available to all guests to leave your belongings while you try an activity at Wadi Adventure. RFID technology allows you to come and go as often as you wish. Towels are available to all our guests at Wadi Adventure. All Wadi Adventure towels are clean, fresh and available for rental on a daily basis.
