At Wadi Adventure, the safety our guests, our community and our employees is always our number one priority. That’s why we’ve taken the difficult decision to temporarily close the water park from 18 March 2020, until further notice.
Please practice social distancing, stay safe and healthy, and continue to visit our website and social channels for regular updates. We look forward to welcoming you back to our ultimate whitewater adventure in the very near future.
Here is some information on tickets and annual passes during our temporary closure.
How to process a refund?
Guests who have already booked and paid online will be able to get a full refund. Please get in touch with us by sending your booking details to: [email protected]
What about annual pass holders?
All annual pass holders will receive compensation for the closure period. Further details will be sent personally to each pass holder by email, once the park re-opens.
How to process a W.A.R21 refund?
W.A.R21 is also postponed until further notice. To process your refund, please email Karyn at: [email protected].
