The ideal number is 5. Whitewater rafting is a great group activity. Each raft trip is accompanied by an experienced rafting guide making 6 people at a time in a raft.

How long will I get on the water per rafting session?

Each rafting session consists of a 30 minute briefing and gearing up session on land and one hour on the water.

What should I wear?

All you really need is a good pair of swimming shorts or a swimsuit, a rash guard or t-shirt to keep the sun off and a pair of shoes or sandals that will not come off. Flip-flops or bare feet are not permitted.

Do I need experience?

No previous rafting experience is needed to enjoy the rating at Wadi Adventure. Every raft has an experienced guide in it and they will teach you everything you need to raft the rapids.

I can't swim, is this suitable for me?

Falling out of the raft is a possibility, however all participants are required to wear a floatation device. Always alert your guide in the event that you or anyone in your party is not a confident swimmer.

What gear do I need to bring?

A change of clothes and some appropriate swimwear is really all you need. Sunscreen and a towel are always recommended but in case you do forget anything we have a fully stocked outfitters store for anything you may need. Footwear is needed for the white water activities and footwear is recommended for walking around the park as the walkways can feel hot when barefoot.
